Embryonated egg

         It is the most convenient method to isolate viruses. It can be used for study and vaccine development. Before incubating the egg-based vaccines, we should know whether the patient is allergic or not.
      Make a hole in the shell of an egg and inject the virus. Evaluate on the basis of dead embryo or lesions.

Nematodes that parasitize domestic animals are found in all parts of the body but are most commonly found in the digestive and respiratory tracts, and in the circulatory system.
