Swab test of premises (STOP)

The procedure of the SWAB test is the same as that of LAST (see at) except two-point as fellow:
  1. Make slits in muscle piece (Carcass) and place the swab in them for 30 minutes.
  2. Then place the swab in a petri dish containing culture.
  3. The remaining procedure is the same as discussed in SWAB
